The frame of block cooling tower is made of metal framework, mounted at the installation site. All metal frameworks of the tower are treated with special high efficient anti-corrosion coating. The cooling tower is installed on a pre-prepared pool or attached to already existing one. The installation of cooling tower group consisting of 2-3 pieces is possible. The time of installation of the cooling tower 2ÁÂÃ-42 on the prepared pool is 15 ÷ 20 days.
The covering of the cooling tower consists of profiled sheets made of reinforced fiberglass polyester.
Polymer irrigator provides high water cooling effect at low aerodynamic resistance, cannot be contaminated, resistant to low air temperatures.
The fan installation is situated at the top part of block cooling tower. The fan installation consists of a frequency-driven electromotor, an impeller with plastic blades and fiberglass diffuser.
At the request of the Customer, the cooling tower is equipped with control and monitor system, which allows to:
- maintain technological mode of water cooling in the cooling towers in accordance with climatic conditions and in this way achieve a substantial saving of electricity;
- perform start-up of motors in mode, which is moderate for them and starting equipment, and in this way increase their reliability;
- to switch the motor on a lower rotational speed instead of turning off, which leads to lower maintenance costs and increases the reliability of the motors;
- to ensure complete protection of fan installation from excessive vibration in case of crippling of the diffuser and the impeller, icing of diffuser and the impeller, etc.
The tower in ready-to-operate unassembled (separate mounting units) form by road transport.
